Handspring Visor Neo Button Board 03-0238 - Pull

This button board was pulled from a Neo. If you look at the chart at the beginning of this section you'll see that there are two different mainboard / button board combinations for the Neo.

This is from what we've called the Neo 1 so it needs to be coupled with the main board part number 03-0237.

OK, now the tricky part for this item. It needs to be coupled with the Visor Neo mainboard, not the Visor Pro mainboard but both of those mainboards have the same part number! So you need to make sure it is the mainboard part number 03-0237 with a sticker that starts with AJE. Another way to identify the correct mainboard for this button board is that it will have a backup battery attached to it. We've listed the correct main board item at the bottom of this page.

Also note if you look at the additional picture that this board has the AAA battery spring sticking up whereas the Visor Pro version of this part number has a connector.

If your buttons are not working or if the bottom connector that synchronizes the PDA is broken then this is likely the part you need.

Of course you can use almost any of the replacement body parts in this category except for those for the Pro.
