This main board was pulled from a Visor Pro. It is for use only with the Pro, which has a built in rechargeable battery. If you are looking for this part number and your Visor uses two AAA batteries then you need the "other" 03-0237 board.

Since this is from the Pro, it needs to be coupled with the button board part number 03-0238 which is also for the Pro, not the one for the Neo 1. We've listed the correct button board for this mainboard below.

If you look at the additional picture you'll see that it looks almost exactly like the 'other' 03-0237 motherboard except there is no backup battery.

If your springboard slot is not working or if there are any other problems with functions that are usually handled by the mainboard then this will possibly be the solution.
