This button board was pulled from a Visor Pro. It is for use only with the Pro, which has a built in rechargeable battery. If you are looking for this part number and your Visor uses two AAA batteries then you need the "other" 03-0238 board.

Since this is from the Pro, it needs to be coupled with the main board part number 03-0237 which is also for the Pro, not the one for the Neo 1. We've listed the correct main board for this button board below.

Also note if you look at the additional picture that this board does NOT have the AAA battery spring sticking up. Instead it has a white connector for the rechargeable battery. (what looks like a spring on the extra picture is actually a drawing of a spring on the board)

If your buttons are not working or if the bottom connector that synchronizes the PDA is broken then this is likely the part you need.
