Toshiba p/n MK3006GAHL.  Replacement 30Gb hard drive for 4th generation Apple iPods and iPod Photo.  These are drives that have been removed from iPods that were either brand new or were from customer returned units with very little usage (usually less than 30 days), they are currently Windows formatted.  Use iPod updater free from Apple to change the format if needed.  These are genuine Apple logo drives from iPods.

NOTE:  The blue rubber mountings are NOT included.  If you do not plan on using your existing ones check our iPod parts section to see if we have any in stock.

NOTE:  This drive requires the thicker backplate found on 4th generation 40Gb iPods and 40Gb or 60Gb iPod Photo.  It will not fit in a 20Gb or 30Gb model unless you change the backplate also.

NOTE:  This drive will NOT work in 3rd gen. or earlier model iPods.
